I think most of you know it by now that I am a very complicated brother.  For the Lord just to save me is really something.  This is my testimony: He has just uncomplicated my life.  
This is really a peace.

Basically, I just got saved in the service.  I was always jealous 
of how some brothers got saved, weeping, but the only thing I really sensed was that I wasn't ashamed of the Lord anymore.  Like before I really didn't know who Jesus was while I was in 
the Catholic Church.  I just knew who God was, but I never spoke about Him at all.

When I got saved I knew I wasn't ashamed to talk about Jesus, but I still didn't realize that He was really inside of me.  Because my life was just so filled up with other things, I can truthfully say that not until I came to the church did I realize that the Lord was living inside of me.  I made a lot of people mad when I came to the church because I always asked the question, How do you know the Lord is living inside of you?  It's hard to answer a person in a real way, but finally the Lord just said, I'm inside of you, and from then on I just knew that He was inside of me.

Even right now I feel like I'm being saved right now, just by 
being here in Detroit again.  I just feel like I'm taking another step in my salvation.
